With the first visit I left the gate unlocked to be nice and the tech did not latch the gate when he left. My dogs almost got out. Then on the 2nd visit tech shows and takes off I check my cameras and he barely try's to unlock the gate and takes off. Does not call me or even try to ring the bell. We are always home. I call to complain and guy comes back. Same issue so I go outside and show him how to unlock the gate. Tell him he left the gate unlocked last time. Just stares at me, who cares. Then he only spends 4-5 min if that when he tells me 15 min. Barley cleans anything. See photos and then leaves not saying anything. This is after calling 3 times. Then he does not even put the lock back on the gate. They have done fine in the past after 2 years not sure what changed. I asked to cancel and so far they wont even refund my money. Sure they will come with some BS like it's my fault. I would avoid this company at all costs. I already contacted another company and can tell a difference. I will also contact BBB. I have used them for the last year for pet waste removal after a horrible experience with a rival "claim to be" pooper scooper. I can't remember who that was because they never showed up or gave excuses. Matt's comes to our home weekly to take care of what I, frankly, don't have time to do. Time is money and when I drop coin I expect full-service. Matt and their crew are timely and do a thorough job to clean up the backyard. They are competitively priced, too, and based on the frequency and number of dogs. Not to mention their response time is always spot-on. I know what day and time to unlock and lock my gate every week because they show up. If you are looking to hire the best contact them and check it off your list knowing it will get done.

They had to reschedule multiple times in that short time frame with just an email notice being given not the normal text protocol I'm familiar with from them, the first time it was confusing as I'd expected it to never happen let alone have to find out via email. They couldn't work with the day I needed which was frustrating but I was willing to accept and work around them. I ultimately chose to cancel cause my preferred days would be Fridays cause who wants their backyard clean for the time they aren't there to enjoy it and dirty the only time they can? Additionally was frustrated that after agreeing to compromise on my preferred day (Fridays) to instead have service (Thursday) they made an exception because they missed the newly agreed to day of the week AGAIN.
