Were careful when removing the wood deck access port over the top of the septic cover. Dug it out cleanly and emptied the tank efficiently. Returned the deck to its condition Steps 2 & 3. Gave us recommendations to keep things flowing and were quite pleasant to deal with and I look forward, albeit not for a few years ;-), to using them again. For those that wonder why not 5-star, I want to emphasize that I did not take away a star. I start at 3-stars and go forward/backward from there.
