Result, my entire house and yard backed up in less than a year. Crap everywhere. Very unprofessional refusing to resolve or even look at the problem. His concern......give me another 600.00. Another company is fixing it thankfully. And it is not NORM! It is some dude that doesn't seem to know shit but is sure full of it.
