My wife dealt with him to resolve flooding and water retention problems we were having in our back yard. He came recommended by a work colleague of my wife's. He quoted $3,800 cash. He left the job with the perforated pipe used without any sock. There are humphs in the back yard that we can trip on. In places the perforated pipe is exposed. My wife was dealing with my health and did not inspect the job but did keep back $800 for him to come back and fix it. So he took the $3000 and now won't return our calls.
