We were referred to Lee's from several neighbors, not the computer types. Called and easily received a convientent appointment. Step 1. A pair of guys came out on time. Were careful when removing the wood deck access port over the top of the septic cover. Dug it out cleanly and emptied the tank efficiently. Returned the deck to its condition Steps 2 & 3. Gave us recommendations to keep things flowing and were quite pleasant to deal with and I look forward, albeit not for a few years ;-), to using them again. For those that wonder why not 5-star, I want to emphasize that I did not take away a star. I start at 3-stars and go forward/backward from there. They are fantastic and I will continue to use, and recommend, Lee's Septic Service. This is the second time I called Lee's Septic Service because the first one I dealt with I had called upon them twice and the first time they did a good job but they must have flipped the "I am not going to return your call switch" in order to make a DTG with me and I left several messages and not one time did they return the call and I was in urgent need of getting my septic tank emptied. I also called Scotty's Potty and the young woman who runs that operation was very loud and aggressive towards me and I even asked if she will give me a military discount being I am a wartime disabled veteran and then she just SNAPPED and said nope, and then said do you know how much it cost for me to get rid of the waste and then proceeded to try and give me three other numbers to call for other septic service companies. I told her forget it and said I hope someday you become Veteran friendly and a people's person and ended the call right then and there. I do not recommend calling Scotty's Potty for residential service what so ever!!! She does just a ok job on the Porta Potties on the river front and that's about it. After that short and disturbing conversation I decided to then call Lee's Septic Service out of Jeddo, Mi because I have used them many years ago and they were right on TIC TOC!!! So I called them and the lady made me an appointment to which was only a couple days out and they were out at my home in two days and did a very good job and then I had asked some questions on how long should I wait until I get my tank emptied again and the one young guy said about two to three years because I only have a 300 Gallon tank and I asked what should I put in it in order to help break down the waste in the tank and he made a couple suggestions, also they were very professional and polite and got the job done very fast and there was no mess to clean up or anything. Lee's Septic is my number one choice hand's down!!! Now Sotty's Potty was going to charge me fifty bucks more then Lee's Septic and thought this young lady must have brain freeze or something and went 100% with Lee's Septic Service out of Jeddo, Mi, for they will call you ahead of time before they come to your house and they are friendly and professional in every way!!! Lee's Septic Service is the cream of the crop for the St. Clair area and will not fail you in any way like the other two did me!!! read more

Great people! You never think about a septic service until you need one, and these people were first rate. Came out promptly, advised me well, very reasonable prices. When they identified a problem with my drain pipe, they made the call for me to get a different contractor out to repair it that day! Tank pumped, problem resolved by the end of the day. I had them come out this month of sept yr17...2 guys had lid open for them,they were in a hurry both chewing taboco coulndnt understand a word they said,,i had to tell them to do a visual insp...there price went up from 2yrs ago was cheaper and better service,,they didn't do the stuff they advertise on the internet like check out baffle lid...they told me it didn't have a baffle lid,it did after they left I dug it open and insp it,,,and put my hose on it rinse it needed it...place went downhill.... read more

Its not always easy to find a company that is prompt, provides courtesy to the customer, and has reasonable rates. Lee's Septic service provides it all. When my septic tank filled and the sewage pipe started leaking into my basement I was nearly in tears. I placed several calls to various septic companies. Lee's was the only company that could come out the next day, and without charging an "emergency fee." The price we were quoted was also very reasonable. The men who came this morning were some of the nicest guys a customer could meet, and they even stayed (and mind you, the temp is in the teens) to make sure our sewage pipe would drain properly once the tank was empty.
