Mick asked a few questions about my flavor preferences and absolutely nailed it. They crafted a cocktail with Roku gin, snap pea cordial, aloe liqueur, egg white, lemon simple, mint, and citrus that was easily the highlight of the night. Strolling down Julian street (best street in the world because they named it after my son, obviously), my partner saw the wine tastings and immediately directed me that way, knowing I love wine lol. When we stepped inside, it was so much bigger than I expected. There were a bunch of daiquiri machines spinning, hundreds of wine bottles on display and happy people drinking. Heavenly. I made my way to the tasting counter and had the chance to do my tastings under the guidance of Noah. There were so many options to choose from, Noah was so helpful helping me find my choices and explaining the notes. I decided to try the jalapeño wine, the Tybee island pearadise pine, velvet reserve, white Pinot noir, and the prohibition pomegranate.
