Fast forward a few years and the kind staff has been replaced by manager Jabriel P, whom I felt did not always handle matters with ease and certainly not swiftness. While he worked there, I found I had to repeatedly call back to follow up on maintenance requests to ensure they got completed. This was an inconvenience as they only answer the office phone very early in the day. Luckily he was not employed there long & now there are two more kind women in the leasing office as of 2022. I say all this to say: Your experience will largely be determined by the competency and professionalism of the leasing managers. As for the apartments themselves, they look like the brochure pics & I dont have any complaints. Neighbors are generally hard working family people who mind their business. Occasionally, there will be a few kids playing in the parking lot, but nothing crazy. There have been break-ins in the area, but I suggest a security alarm or Ring device for added safety. I moved here after visiting a friend and while Stonetree is not perfect, it offers good value and spacious apartments. They also allow dogs for a fee. I feel comfortable recommending these apartments to anyone; come see for yourself!
