Allow me to introduce my relationship with the real-estate industry PRIOR TO meeting Russell Allen of the SeeBy Group; aspiring first time home buyer, skeptic, Eagles fan. Being an Eagles fan, I stubbornly trudged through the home searching process independently. Eventually, I called the SeeBy group to make a general inquiry about a property when my call was re-directed to Russel Allen. With every indication that I would never produce any business for him, Russell Allen still gladly answered my phone calls and questions until eventually we would start meeting in person to view properties. Through the search process, Russell was very available, answering phone calls and texts day and night. Russell even went as far as answering a phone call from my father, an old time New Yorker who is a bigger skeptic than I. Fast forward a few arduous months. The Falcons beat the Eagles for their first win of the season and Russell is sitting next to me as I sign papers for my new home. Russell Allen made the home searching process easy, informative and purposeful and the home purchasing process transparent. My relationship with the real-estate industry FOLLOWING business with Russell Allen of the SeeBy Group; first time home OWNER, optimist, Eagles fan. To this day, Russell Allen maintains communication with me; answering any and all questions day and night. I recommend Russell Allen without reservation and will use him as my agent for the next home I buy. read more

First- let me say...I LOVE our new home. I love it so much! We moved here in December of 2020- and because of our move from the West coast we weren't able to see the home in person before we closed. Priscilla Bailey was our agent - and she went above and beyond for us. She video toured and sent clips for later viewing for us since we were out of state. She took question after question and worked had to secure the home we wanted which, I am certain made us and the seller comfortable with the contract. I really mean that. It was a lot to ask to help us find our dream house when we lived so far away. With so much riding on the line, she took on the task. We knew we wanted certain things in the new home- and she put a list together for us as well as kindly accommodated the list we had for her. She helped us with everything we needed from start to closing day. The whole experience was truly awesome. Now we have a home we absolutely love for our family. And by the way- This is not only our first home purchase but also our "forever home" for our children. We plan on staying here for the long haul and our the gratitude runs deep for the help we received to be here. We highly recommend this team for a home purchase. We were 2500 miles away before we walked into our door. Thanks to this team- we are finally home. read more

Words cannot describe how thankful I am to the Seeby Group...especially Ryan Sconyers. As a first time real estate investor, it was important for me to have an experienced real estate professional who is very knowledgeable, dedicated and dependable while answering any of my questions and getting the job done efficiently. Ryan went far above and beyond my expectations, while showing that he truly cared about my success towards getting the sale completed on my home. He was always available and constantly kept me updated on the progress, while also helping me to understand the real estate industry and what it takes to succeed. Not to mention, we sold my home during one of the most difficult times in our nations history...the Coronavirus Pandemic and it was refreshing to have Ryan and The Seeby Group on my side, to help ease some of the stress that came with it, while giving me confidence in everything being okay with the sale of my home. In closing, I must say that I highly recommend Ryan Sconyers and the entire Seeby group staff. I also must recognize Emily Londrillo for her help and expertise along with Kelsey Templin and Kristina Murphy as well, for always keeping me updated while giving precise instructions during the process. What a great team and I'm beyond thankful. read more

John Prather was recommended to me by a friend, and after interviewing many agents I found John to be the most knowledgeable and experienced agent. I needed to Sell my home quickly in order to purchase another home closer to my current job. John not only sold my home quickly, but he was able to sell it above the listing price. John stayed in contact with me every step of the way and handled the entire process with ease. The Seeby Group handled a staging consult, hiring a reputable photographer + videographer and coordinating an open house with my busy schedule. Any questions I had were answered immediately by John and members of the Seeby Group staff. Selling my home was a positive experience because of John and I would strongly recommend him if you are looking to sell your home. read more

It is with honor and gratitude that I commend and recommend my realtor John Prather. He is the epitome of what a great realtor is. Early in our initial conversation, he asked what I wanted and what I was willing to give up; I responded I would give up my gas stove for a bedroom and living room view. Even when I came across something I liked, he reminded me it wasn't on my list. He held my feet to the fire, and I am forever grateful. In the end, I got every single feature I requested except the gas stove that I was willing to give up. I also got a realtor who has Integrity and Commitment. Who Advocates, and is Respectful. Whose artistry is one of Excellence!!!! Thank You, John, for your representation. You are the BEST AGENT EVER!!! read more

Learned so much from selling my home using Ryan Sconyers, a Seeby Group KW realtor. Having Ryan asses where I should invest my time and money to get my home ready to list was immeasurable. Ryan knew what offers where good, which ones would hold-up and those that were not right. Finding the right listing price made all the difference. At times, I wish he was the buyers agent too!! Handling the repair list from the buyer was mind shattering at first, Ryan walked me through what was reasonable. This team answered all my calls, all my doubts, and concerns. Having an educated team that all works together means everything when it came to the biggest purchase/sale of my lifetime! Thank you Team Seeby!! read more

The Seeby Group helped me sell an investment property. The agent came to our first meeting enthusiastic and well prepared, and every interaction I had with them after that was the same. Not only did they propose an efficient sale process, arrange for the staging and photographs, but gave me good and thoughtfully critical advice on finishing the house. The sale went very well-they brought in multiple offers, all above asking price! It is quite obviously that there knowledge of the Atlanta real estate market and the surrounding area is second to none! I can't wait to work with The Seeby Group again on all of my future investments! Thanks Seeby Group! read more

I can't recommend Peter Searcy and the folks at The Seeby Group enough! My wife and I have bought and sold a few houses in another state with other agents, but moving to Atlanta couldn't have been easier thanks to Peter. It was such a relief to work with a realtor who I could fully trust to have our best interests in mind, be willing to put up with our annoying pickiness and not judge, and go above and beyond at every point along the way. Working with his back office team was a breeze, and they made sure everything was in order. Incredibly professional and efficient Of all the groups I've worked with, these guys are the best. read more

The Seeby Group has a wonderful team. Justin Seeby, John Prather, and Cole Bagley are all patient, professional, responsive, and wise advisors. I was very happy to get multiple offers in 4 days - with 2 above list - when I sold a Midtown house through them, and when they negotiated for me on my current property in Decatur, I also came out ahead. The process was smooth, they gave me great leads on contractors to use for repairs/updates, and I loved getting a laminated sheet at closing that showed specifics (with photos) of how to turn off the water, gas, etc. I definitely would use them again. You'll be happy if you do, too! read more

Working with Ryan from the Seeby Group has been a wonderful experience. My husband and I listed our home with Ryan as our agent, and we had multiple offers within days. Prior to listing our home we needed several things updated and Ryan recommended very reliable & fairly priced people to handle the updates. I found Ryan to be very knowledgeable about the current real estate market, easy to get in contact with and committed to making sure our home sold for the best price possible. Loved the professionalism and expertise we found with The Seeby Group! Best of the best! When making a big purchase we want to make sure everything was done right. We were able to rest easy with The Seeby Group! They had all the bases covered and they educated us thoroughly as well as providing references for any home services we needed. They also sold our home in record time with very good advice for the basics of home selling but also guidance when dealing with a flood after taking an offer but before the sale! We worked with people who were very easy to get along with so we also had some fun! read more

An excellent experience for one who has bought and sold many homes in in seven southeastern states. My decision to sell my home of 19 years, the above asking price sale on the 1st day of Listing with the Seeby Group - Kellar Williams Realty with Laura Wagner as my agent and my move across country occurred in less than 75 days.
