The Steakclub looks nice. The interior is a kind of mix of quite modern but also has a lot of wood. The meat is great, the cote du boeuf for two persons was really good.
The winelist had a 2008 Pomerol magnum but we were given a 2011. We would have appreciated either an alternative price or just the normal size bottles of 2008 Pomerol which they apparently did have in stock.
The place was very very busy. We had a very nice corner table so were not bothered by the huge amount of people but we had to wait extremely long for our food. After ordering we were not told that it would take a very long time and we were not given anything (like a piece of bread with some olive oil or so) in the meanwhile. Just after we finished the magnum bottle of wine and we were annoyed enough to ask the waiters if we would get some food our food arrived. If the Steakclub would be able to improve their logistics I would rate them at least one more star. read more
