It felt so much more possible and personally fulfilling to run a business in the company of the Hera Hub community. Even after my short time there, members have stayed in touch and become important partners, mentors, and friends. If you have the chance to visit the space or better yet work there, by all means do. The spaces look great and have a very functional and stylish modern design. The staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities like the kitchen, beer tap, and out door eating area make for a pleasant working environment. The bathrooms even have a locker and shower area so I can take a quick break from work to run and not be sweaty the rest of the day. The frequent social events give me a chance to talk with other friendly members, but at the same time I don't feel like I'm being disturbed when I need to focus on work. They've recently expanded in this building adding a large open work area and several private offices. It looks great!

Rather than allowing a longtime client a reasonable transition period to collect important correspondence, they immediately began returning our mail to the senders as undeliverable. As a result, we have missed important documents and received calls regarding mail that should have reached us. After more than a decade of loyal membership, we expected a basic level of consideration, flexibility, and appreciation. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled demonstrated very poor customer service. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this location.

It also doesn't drain well, so you have to manually rinse away the suds with your hand, and water tends to splatter on the floor. On busy days, parking can be limited. Finally, the owner called me out for staying to late, until 9pm. According to my membership, I can stay until then, but he said that, since I was the only one there, I was using up too much electricity, thus not making it cost effective due to the energy bill.
