The spaces look great and have a very functional and stylish modern design. The staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities like the kitchen, beer tap, and out door eating area make for a pleasant working environment. The bathrooms even have a locker and shower area so I can take a quick break from work to run and not be sweaty the rest of the day. The frequent social events give me a chance to talk with other friendly members, but at the same time I don't feel like I'm being disturbed when I need to focus on work. They've recently expanded in this building adding a large open work area and several private offices. It looks great!

After maintaining a private office at this location for more than 10 years, we are extremely…read moredisappointed by how our departure has been handled. Management refused to hold any of our mail--even temporarily--after our membership ended. Updating a mailing address with every business, agency, and contact takes time. Rather than allowing a longtime client a reasonable transition period to collect important correspondence, they immediately began returning our mail to the senders as undeliverable. As a result, we have missed important documents and received calls regarding mail that should have reached us. After more than a decade of loyal membership, we expected a basic level of consideration, flexibility, and appreciation. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled demonstrated very poor customer service. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this location.

Our location is nestled in a peaceful courtyard surrounded by tall palm trees and calming water and rock features--it creates a beautiful, serene environment that both our team and clients appreciate. The office manager, Jeanne, has been consistently helpful and accommodating. As our company has gone through periods of scaling up and down due to market changes, Jeanne has made every transition smooth and stress-free. Her support has made a big difference for us. One of the things I enjoy most is being able to host clients in such an impressive setting - We often have meetings in the courtyard instead of the conference room. The office always feels welcoming and professional, and the complimentary snacks and beverages are a lovely bonus. Highly recommend TailoredSpace to any business looking for a flexible, well-managed, and aesthetically pleasing office environment.

I was a member since April 2024. I have mixed reviews. On…read morethe positive, the amenities are very nice, including the kitchen and espresso machine. Also the flex area is spacious and the other members are generally nice. The tables are large. Also the dedicated desks are nice. On the down side, the private bathroom has a shower which in inadequate and virtually unfunctional. The water trickles and takes over a minute to warm up. Drainage is also poor, leaving excess water and suds on the floor. Also easy to track water into the rest of the bathroom. The sink is also poorly designed. It also doesn't drain well, so you have to manually rinse away the suds with your hand, and water tends to splatter on the floor. On busy days, parking can be limited. Finally, the owner called me out for staying to late, until 9pm. According to my membership, I can stay until then, but he said that, since I was the only one there, I was using up too much electricity, thus not making it cost effective due to the energy bill. Can you believe that? Again, on a positive note, the people are nice and the place is very professional and clean.

Coming to Get Smart WorkSpaces was the best decision I could've made for my small business. My…read moreproductivity has increased tremendously since I got my membership in June 2014 and motivated me reach new heights! It's the primary reason my business has increased over the last year. I did a thorough amount of research before I finally decided to go with Get Smart and I couldn't be happier. Beforehand, I had been working from home where it became so easy to get distracted - working hard one minute and playing guitar the next. From there, I migrated to a local library where I never felt safe leaving my laptop by itself. I figured there had to be somewhere I could go without breaking the bank. I tried out Get Smart for a few hours initially and loved it, but I had to sit on whether I could commit to a monthly investment. After a few more months of less-than-stellar productivity from home, I finally decided to take the leap. I expected that I'd be productive and that the environment would be sufficient. What I didn't anticipate was how deeply entrenched I would be in other entrepreneur's lives. We collaborate, encourage, bounce ideas off one another, and pass gigs to each other as well. It's opened up a lot of other opportunities I wouldn't have ever had otherwise. The culture is stellar - I actually get hyped to come to work! The facilitators are awesome and always willing to help you if you've got questions. Bridget, the owner, is very accessible and an expert at entrepreneurship. She knows her stuff and has been an awesome inspiration, generating a ton of ideas for future business growth that had never crossed my mind. The workspace itself is very clean. I always enjoy bringing clients to the space and I believe it leaves a positive impression on them when I'm able to schedule a meeting room solely for our needs. Get Smart has definitely helped me step up my business game and, with their dedicated desk membership, helped me keep home-life and work-life separate from each other. The only problem I have with Get Smart is that I can't thank them enough!

Not to mention, you can brain storm with ease (whiteboard paint on the walls in all of the conferences rooms, how cool is that?!?) They offer a variety of options from the open space work area to private conference rooms to dedicated desks. You can even rent the entire space for social gatherings. I held my brokerage launch party here & the owners, Bridget & Evan, were very accommodating. The lush courtyard & stylish venue definitely impressed my guests & made for fantastic pictures. Plus, the location is in a great part of North County, the crossroads of Carlsbad, San Marcos & Vista, making it very commuter friendly. Definitely worth a visit!
