Rather than allowing a longtime client a reasonable transition period to collect important correspondence, they immediately began returning our mail to the senders as undeliverable. As a result, we have missed important documents and received calls regarding mail that should have reached us. After more than a decade of loyal membership, we expected a basic level of consideration, flexibility, and appreciation.
