Clarissa was such a big help when it came to all the possible configurations to help accommodate us and our guests. She kept all our details organized and was very responsive to our last minute requests through email. We had such a great experience that we booked with the Film Hub for our son's first birthday. That theme was "our little dumpling". Once again, Clarissa was sooo good at helping us fit all the things we wanted for his party. She even went out of her way to help me measure the staircase while we did our walk through with my baby. Management refused to hold any of our mail--even temporarily--after our membership ended. Updating a mailing address with every business, agency, and contact takes time. Rather than allowing a longtime client a reasonable transition period to collect important correspondence, they immediately began returning our mail to the senders as undeliverable. As a result, we have missed important documents and received calls regarding mail that should have reached us. After more than a decade of loyal membership, we expected a basic level of consideration, flexibility, and appreciation. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled demonstrated very poor customer service. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this location.

I tried out Get Smart for a few hours initially and loved it, but I had to sit on whether I could commit to a monthly investment. After a few more months of less-than-stellar productivity from home, I finally decided to take the leap. I expected that I'd be productive and that the environment would be sufficient. What I didn't anticipate was how deeply entrenched I would be in other entrepreneur's lives. We collaborate, encourage, bounce ideas off one another, and pass gigs to each other as well. It's opened up a lot of other opportunities I wouldn't have ever had otherwise. The culture is stellar - I actually get hyped to come to work! The facilitators are awesome and always willing to help you if you've got questions. Bridget, the owner, is very accessible and an expert at entrepreneurship. She knows her stuff and has been an awesome inspiration, generating a ton of ideas for future business growth that had never crossed my mind. The workspace itself is very clean. I always enjoy bringing clients to the space and I believe it leaves a positive impression on them when I'm able to schedule a meeting room solely for our needs.
