As I left I told the front desk I would be canceling Friday due to Covid. They said they would take care of it. I spoke with someone at the call center when the invoice came in, still with Friday on it. I explained the situation, they initially said you have to cancel 7 days before, but quickly said "wait, you just did this Monday, I'll cancel it for you". It is June and they are still requesting the fees for Friday. I have talked to many different people explaining the situation. There has not been a resolution.

Unable to speak with anyone on the phone (because they said they do not have any native speakers) so I keep getting emails back from the "case" I had to submit. They finally (four emails later) agreed to credit me and then only issued a credit to my account instead of back to my credit card. Three emails later, no response. I will need to dispute it with the credit card company now. Offices were great, I have used them 10+ times. The last 3 times though they have been dirty and even though I lock the door, they walk right in while I am on a call where I am on camera and presenting. No apologies or explanation.
