WeWork is THE best and I really like this one in College Park MD. A few highlights: - Warm atmosphere and plenty of space to bring your laptop and get things done - Easy parking - Plenty of spots to mix up your location - i .e. they have this great couch area. - Nitro cold brew, lime soda water, and kombucha on tap! Great tap coffee too. - Being right across the street from UMD is nice to take a walk during lunch break. - Bike trails for those road biker like me - EXTREMELY friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. The common spaces, like the lounge area, are fine. On the down side, the (windowless) conference rooms are set up with a code access device at the door. This undoubtedly makes their bookkeeping easier, but it resembles a parking meter, which is not good optics for a professional who is meeting with clients. Also, they sent me a renewal with a rate increase applied retroactively with no advance notice. I elected not to renew.
