I have nothing but good things to say. Great staff, very responsive to maintenance, very friendly. Wonderful year spent here.

The walls are paper thin. They've torn apart the railings without notice for construction. There are maybe 5 guest parking spaces and they threaten you with towing if you park anywhere else (keeping in mind there are plenty of spaces, though the construction has eaten up a lot of them. I fail to see what makes it luxury, my apartment in Kyle was much much nicer. Nice playground for the kids and you never hear the trains going by. Hard to get out on to 142. Gas station/restaurant next door. But it's definitely 3 of 5. read more

Save your time and don't live here. Most unprofessional apartment experience I've ever had plain and simple. Cleaned the apartment head to toe even have videos of the apartment completely cleaned and they still try and inconvenience me with more charges after not living there for more than a month. read more

I was working with Jenna at the Stanton on getting an application for a 2BR apartment. Jenna did not send me the pre-authorization paperwork that you're supposed to initial and sign before they run the application. On that form, I would have been able to tell her that I would not have been approved due to their stipulations - which is comical because I was willing to pay them a full year's rent upfront. Jenna made it seem like it was my fault that I was not approved and even locked me out of the application portal. I was not able to log in the very next day. She will now not answer the phone when I call, I assume because she has caller id and knows my number. I have called my bank to stop payment, and even if an application charge does go through, I have digital proof through email that Jenna's misstep caused me a denial. Check out other apartments, this is a very bad sign when their business practices are unethical. What else are they hiding? read more

The community here is super friendly and quiet. The grounds are well maintained and the staff work hard daily to keep the property looking amazing! Jenna is hands down one of the nicest apartment managers I have come across. She goes above and beyond to help you and is just a very friendly face when you walk in the office. She keeps everyone up to date and informed on things going on in the community. The maintenance staff is amazing as well! You never have to wait long if there is an issue. read more

These apartments are nice! Great location. And love the corner store!! Corin the manager was extremely helpful!! She made my moving transition so easy! She is very sweet and knowledgeable!! I have lived in several apartments and have never run across an issue or been as disappointed and baffled at the management as I have at The Stanton. I had been looking forward to the move greatly and had toured and seen a 2 bedroom at the time since the 1beds were occupied and would be available move in day. This was completely understandable and did not bother me as I knew the apartments were clean and looked nice! I was in the market for a one bedroom and had asked for one with a view of the field NOT the parking lot and the MANAGER, Rebecca, assured me and explicitly told me which one it was and I have that in writing!! I had asked during the tour to go see the exact location of the apartment as we were in a different building across from it and was told "All the buildings look the same!"....I trusted the manager too much!! Come move in day, this apartment is facing the parking lot. Both me and my fiancé work long hours inside and it is not too much to ask for a nice view from my balcony at the end of the day. When I informed the staff about the issue I was told I could turn in my keys if I was that unhappy! I have nowhere else to go and move and have taken time off work for this!! Absolutely horrible and not an excuse for a manager not to know her complex or to thoroughly show me the area as I had asked nicely! All it would have taken was to walk to that building and up the stairs to avoid this! That's just lazy at that point and a mistake I refuse to pay for!! read more

This place is really nice. Corin is great with the residents. Only problem I have is that there are not enough trash dumpsters. Pool is great. Cant really hear the neighbors. Spectrum is not my favorite cable. The appliances are all matching Whirlpool. We love the bedrooms carpet colors and the floors are nice. Granite counter tops in the kitchen go great with the cabinets. Would have been nice if the carried those into the bathrooms. Clubhouse is very nice but I choose not to utilize the business center or the Gym. Maintenance keeps the grounds clean. It is worth the rent you pay to live here. read more
