I fail to see what makes it luxury, my apartment in Kyle was much much nicer. Nice playground for the kids and you never hear the trains going by. Hard to get out on to 142. The area is very safe, and our neighbors are very friendly, most of us know eachother by name. I really don't have any complaints. Someone else on here said their friend had a mouse problem, and like I said, we have lived here for over 2 years and neither of us has seen a single mouse. Maintenance can be kind of slow to get to stuff, but luckily we have really never had a reason to need them. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is because the community amenities aren't the best. The pool is very nice, but there is no lock on the gate, so during the weekends (of course, when those who actually live and pay rent here want to go) a lot of people who don't live here decide to use it as a public pool. It makes it impossible for those of us who live here to be able to enjoy it. Also, the gym is more like a walk in closet. I worked out there a few times after moving in but decided to just join an actual gym instead. And, lastly, on their website it says something about a "bark park." I'm really not sure what they could possibly be talking about. There is an open field next to the apartments that I'm thinking they must be considering a "bark park," but when we moved in 2 years ago nothing was mentioned of this, and that field has been there the whole time. So it feels a little made up. All in all, the apartments themselves are nice- the amenities... not so much.
