Terrible customer service even from before the job was done but I was desperate so went with them…read moreanyway. They forget what you asked for and yteat you badly. Rude lady! One guy came to do the cleaning. Arrived 30 mins early ( not a massive issue but I was busy so a bit inconvenient). Guy seemed nice and was OK with the job until I moved the sofa back to its rightful spot 90mins later and had dirt on the wall and paint had rubbed against the back of my M&S sofa. I promptly and politely contacted the company who blamed me and said damage always happens with steam cleaning. AVOID at all costs.
