This place has a football team of barbers all are non stop work. So without an appointment my son and I went on Saturday at 10 within 10 minutes we were getting groomed up. My reason for the barber shop vs the chain is I have started a beard 1st one in 20 years so it needed shaping as I want my beard to look better than my fried James beard. Rene has been cutting my hair for years and does exemplary work: He's extremely skilled at his craft and incredibly courteous (despite me being late to every one of my appointments) to boot. In fact, the entire staff here is professional and do great work. Their newest location off of White Lane just east of Gosford is a vast improvement over the previous in terms of square footage, amenities, and services offered. Plus, they get bonus points for always having SportsCenter on. And for parents out there: Rene and company are awesome with kids - my nephews drive considerable distance to get their hair cut here. Just make sure you call ahead to make an appointment, as The Stache Lounge can get very busy on weekends especially during the school year. read more

Have been coming here to get a haircut for several years. Never a problem. The people at this place are good people, well most of them. Since the advent of COVID, to make an appointment at Stache lounge one of the avenues you have is to book via the app . To do this, you need to input your credit card information. On the said day, I show up 5minutes late with someone clearly in the barber seat. He had called a walk in and was well into the appointment by the time I got there. I take the L and leave since it was a Friday and it was unlikely to get a haircut that day. I however find out later after I get a credit card notification that I got billed as a no show. I reach out saying this is probably some error and I was told I was billed because I did not show up for my appointment which was complete rubbish.I would understand if I cost him business and he was waiting the whole time and couldn't cut anyones else's hair but you want to charge me when you had someone else in the seat at said time? I will be fighting this...you are NOT going to get a single penny. Its downright fraudulent. DO NOT PUT IN YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. read more

I brought my son here to get his hair cut as a walk in. My son is picky, but loved the outcome. He had his haircut by Dustin. No complaints with the cut, the barber or anything like that. I went there from two weeks during graduation week. I wrote my name and waited till I was called. I sit maybe in the 5th or 6th seat with a barber and told him what I exactly want cut a little on top and have sides on 1. He literally cut my hair on 1 all of it. And the side weren't equal the left side was taller than the right and he didn't lineup my bear. Had to go to another barber after few days to fix up my hair. This has been my go to place since moving into town. I was referred to Art by a co-worker, and he has been my barber since then. He gives good fades and scissor cuts. It only took two visits for him to memorize my preference. He is always ready to squeeze in as many customers as possible, even with his appointments. It is uncanny how a barber in a shop with such great reviews cannot handle the simplest of instructions. It has been twice with two different barbers I ask for a fade with absolutely nothing of the top and for the second time they trimmed the top. We waited a few mins and a couple other barbers came out and called them up. There were 3 different barbers who helped us, all were very nice to my kids.
