It's one of those weekends where you get to step into your kid's world a bit and actually see why they love it here. Bars and restaurants were lively but manageable, people were friendly, and it had that perfect mix of college fun and family atmosphere. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They provided no rental contact, no one was present to assist us on the day of our event, nor were we left with any instructions or contact numbers. The AC did not work on the day of our party and when I was able to find a number to call for assistance, the manager came and was very rude! Instead of offering assistance, she insisted on another payment because our guests had filtered into an empty adjoining room, that was cooler! Very unfortunate experience when we were looking forward to a happy celebration.
