Also, I believe that confirmed items in my orders were pulled to accommodate someone else (especially on sale items). Not very customer service friendly especially with repeat/medical patients. Losing confidence in their operation. Once an order is confirmed- that should always stand- if a change is required due to inventory mistake- call the customer, at minimum. Same with order cancellations. A basic courtesy. When did caring about service exit the building? This is an unethical business practice!
