So I'm on third day with my set up that April hooked me up with. And I have to do this: I went in yesterday with concerns, and a very kind brunette gal (PLS FORGIVE ME I DIDNT CATCH YOUR NAME) helped me. I had about 8,000 more questions. IE: am I doing something wrong? Should I be doing something different? Can I do anything better? Should I have bought something different or did April do me right. Not only did she compliment her co worker, and agreed there was nothing she'd change but helped me understand just a few more tips and tricks. She was just as fantastic. Which leads me to today, Bernadette greeted me with a smile that would stop a fire truck on a call, but was patient with my second set of 8000 questions. She even test fired my set up and agreed it was all good. As I had concerns that I should change my coil. She even had a chance to sneak in an up sell when I asked if I should just change it now and not worry. She assured me it would last ATLEAST 2 more days for sure. Which my mind at ease - I cannot tell you how much. Most places would gladly sell you anything just to make a sale. She put me first. An Bernadette, I just wanted to say you've got a customer for life - your girls that I've met are amazing and you run your shop how it SHOULD be ran. Love that they opened a second location that's in our area!!! Not the biggest fan of the parking layout of the plaza they're in but other than that.. we love the location, new fresh building and they always take care of us with deals! Ive been here a couple of times and I actually like this place generally low prices a good assortment of stuff and friendly staff but I am really disappointed with their return policy. Most vape stores I've been to you can return unused products within at least 7 days. I accidentally bought the smok nord when I wanted the novo I came back in less than 5 minutes to exchange it for the novo or suorin air plus and it turns out they do not offer exchanges or refunds. I've been a loyal customer here for two years , they seem to always be out of stock of anything you need. They say they'll call you when they get in whatever it is you're looking for, but they don't and end up selling whatever it is they special ordered for you. I was told to wait til Black Friday to come buy a mod and ended up only being $5 off. I bought a mod , walked out the door, and came right back in because I changed my mind and they said it was already too late and couldn't swap it out. Even though it had been 30 seconds of me buying it, wasn't opened, and I've been shopping here at least twice a month for 2 years straight. I purchased a vape mod which after a few days showed to have a defective battery. I came back in to work out an exchange and let me tell you right now: there is a 14 day return policy but attempting to return it will be a nightmare. The girls working there were very sweet and helpful and were in the phone whoever this owner is who was absolutely against replacing (not refunding) a defective product sold to me. I was there for about 45 minutes while he was giving everyone a hard time. He expected me to sit there while my device is fully charged and then... I guess used?? so they can see the battery behavior. I didn't want to leave my device there because I lived too far and didn't want to come back and also didn't want to not be present for this "test" and then be told everything is "fine" as I saw it was kind of going to head there, seeing how this person was completely ok with giving such a hard time, with refusing to replace and with inconveniencing ME even though they have a return policy and I was well within my rights to invoke it. You, sir, are a total jerk who doesn't take ownership of what defective crap you sell or the policies you set and you put your employees in a tough situation. THANKFULLY, your employees understand decency, accountability and respect and they decided to get you off the phone and replace my defective device. So, THANK YOU ladies for knowing how respectfully handle a situation and for taking care of me in one visit without costing me too much time. You are the reason why I came back a few additional times to buy other products. Aside from this incident, I do have to say that prices are very good here. It's extremely competitive. For example Naked 100 Juices are about $13 and I have paid upwards of $19.99-$25 for them at other smoke shops and vape bars. Accessories are also inexpensive and accessible. read more
