The guy that manipulated me couldn't get the bed to stay straight and kept kicking it. It seemed like the equipment was faulty. I visited once, and they convinced me to sign up for the plan. I immediately regretted it. Forgot about it. Tried to cancel a few months later. They told me they couldn't cancel over the phone due to "HIPPA" (which I can tell you with absolute certainty is COMPLETELY FALSE). Then you try to call corporate to cancel and can't get through to anyone. When I called the store in Little Rock again, about six months later (after I was unfortunately, surprised that I had been charge for so many months without visiting) she told me I'd have to go in person to the nearest Joint to cancel in a different State. In the meantime, they were happy to continue charging my credit card $69 per month. I am posting this for this location because this is where I signed up. I'm sure the nice people working there (or at least some of them) don't realize who they are working for. All I can say is please for the love of God think twice about signing up for their damn membership. Would never recommend anyone ever go to the Joint. Especially my patients. These predatory business models need to stay away from healthcare. P.s. they are still charging my card despite me telling them they are not authorized to do so. They have charged me for over a year of services despite me being there once and calling at least three times requesting they stop charging my card.

I scheduled a consultation while there and today was my appointment. I was greeted immediately by Molly, who's also the Office Manager. The paperwork was simple and easy to complete. The wait was very short. Within minutes I was able to see and begin my consultation with Dr. Butler. He asked detailed questions to find out what her could do to help with any medical issues I'm currently having. He began to explain what could be done and what may be causing them. He took some x-rays and explained further what issues he saw with my posture and so on. I was scheduled for a follow up appointment next Tuesday.
