The guy that manipulated me couldn't get the bed to stay straight and kept kicking it. It seemed like the equipment was faulty. I visited once, and they convinced me to sign up for the plan. I immediately regretted it. Forgot about it. Tried to cancel a few months later. They told me they couldn't cancel over the phone due to "HIPPA" (which I can tell you with absolute certainty is COMPLETELY FALSE). Then you try to call corporate to cancel and can't get through to anyone. When I called the store in Little Rock again, about six months later (after I was unfortunately, surprised that I had been charge for so many months without visiting) she told me I'd have to go in person to the nearest Joint to cancel in a different State. In the meantime, they were happy to continue charging my credit card $69 per month. I am posting this for this location because this is where I signed up. I'm sure the nice people working there (or at least some of them) don't realize who they are working for. All I can say is please for the love of God think twice about signing up for their damn membership. Would never recommend anyone ever go to the Joint. Especially my patients. These predatory business models need to stay away from healthcare. P.s. they are still charging my card despite me telling them they are not authorized to do so. They have charged me for over a year of services despite me being there once and calling at least three times requesting they stop charging my card.

I visited this office today for a MVA that happened back in September this year. I have a…read moreauthorization to see any doctor or chiropractor. There were employees that were very nice and informative. They were listening to my concern; all of a sudden another woman came up rudely interrupted stating "its been to long and insurance is not going to pay out." What she did not know is the medical claim was juat opened for the MVA on yesterday because the insurance adjuster did not follow up and open my claim. Business owners need to know why they lose business. Its because of rude and inconsiderate people like her. She went and told Dr. Bennett something. Then she came back and said he said go to your primary doctor and get a referral to come back. Do you think I would ever come back or refer anyone here. She also said to me you waited this long and this happened way back in September. I wish I had her name, but she knows who she is. To the other to ladies who were so nice and friendly, thanks.
