Emily was very attentive to my pain, injuries, and concerns about my body not staying aligned. She then did a very thorough examination. She is very gentle but is still able to align everything. She even noticed areas of my back that was out of alignment that I didn't notice. I was able to walk out of the clinic comfortably not having to hold on to someone for support. Then 2 months later I realized they continued to charge me. They admitted their staff placed a note in my chart requesting the discontinuation of the contract. But regardless they would only refund one month, even though it was their mistake. I was treated well by a wonderful front desk person, but I'm afraid for her that she works for an unethical company.

I visited this office today for a MVA that happened back in September this year. I have a…read moreauthorization to see any doctor or chiropractor. There were employees that were very nice and informative. They were listening to my concern; all of a sudden another woman came up rudely interrupted stating "its been to long and insurance is not going to pay out." What she did not know is the medical claim was juat opened for the MVA on yesterday because the insurance adjuster did not follow up and open my claim. Business owners need to know why they lose business. Its because of rude and inconsiderate people like her. She went and told Dr. Bennett something. Then she came back and said he said go to your primary doctor and get a referral to come back. Do you think I would ever come back or refer anyone here. She also said to me you waited this long and this happened way back in September. I wish I had her name, but she knows who she is. To the other to ladies who were so nice and friendly, thanks.
