I went to Grace Chiropractic for an adjustment, but based on some of the medications I'm taking, the Doctor would not treat me. I appreciate him taking the time to look into my medical background and sharing with me the dangers that could occur with his treatment. He was honest, forthcoming, and truly cared about my over health. In addition to this, he refused to take any payment from me. I highly recommend Grace Chiropractic and their staff. read more

Dr. Clay Gross is the most knowledgeable chiropractor I've ever experienced. He was able to help relieve severe shoulder pain within one visit. Grace Chiropractic was recommended to me by my brother and we have both had amazing experiences. Doctor Clay has been amazing and has helped us both so much. I would like to give a higher rating, but it was VERY frustrating to find out at the END of my visit that my insurance would not be billed. I even offered the lady behind the desk my insurance cards, and she never once mentioned they did not file insurance. She just told me she didn't need them right now and that the doctor would talk to me about insurance later. I have 2 insurances that cover chiropractic care and certainly didn't expect to pay $110 out of pocket that day. In order to avoid negative reviews in the future, you may want to reevaluate some of your policies. read more

Specialties

Grace Chiropractic is different because our office spends more time with our patients. Dr. Clay provides manual stretches prior to adjustments made. We perform extensive physiotherapies to our patients with hands on stretches/exercises and soft tissue rehab services. We have specialized equipment for women during their pregnancy to allow them to lay face down during our treatments. Some of the other specialized equipment we use provides 3 dimensional distraction. This pumping action unloads the spine and helps decompress the vertebrae. This equipment can be used in most patients that have already had surgery.

History

Established in 2006.

Dr. Clay Gross has been a Chiropractor since 2001. Grace Chiropractic Center is located in downtown Cabot Arkansas across the street from the Centennial Bank. Our office treats many conditions from headaches to foot pain. We treat police officers, Veterinarians, eye doctors,many physical therapist, other chiropractors, sports injuries, athletes, Cabot High School teachers and auto accidents. Grace Chiropractic is known for treating children and mothers during pregnancy. Our website has videos of the office and the people we see everyday.

There were employees that were very nice and informative. They were listening to my concern; all of a sudden another woman came up rudely interrupted stating "its been to long and insurance is not going to pay out." What she did not know is the medical claim was juat opened for the MVA on yesterday because the insurance adjuster did not follow up and open my claim. Business owners need to know why they lose business. Its because of rude and inconsiderate people like her. She went and told Dr. Bennett something. Then she came back and said he said go to your primary doctor and get a referral to come back. Do you think I would ever come back or refer anyone here. She also said to me you waited this long and this happened way back in September. I wish I had her name, but she knows who she is. To the other to ladies who were so nice and friendly, thanks.

I started going to see Dr. Clay years ago before I moved, now I'm back! Thank God I am because he's the best chiropractor I've ever been to! My lower back was hurting so bad I could barely walk! I came in and got an adjustment, ONE mind you! And though out the next week without using heat or biofreeze I was pain free! He knows what he's doing people!! I would recommend him over ANYONE!!! Not only is he a wonderful chiropractor, but he's a caring Doctor! He cares about what's going on in your life! He's kinda like two for one! Psychologist too! Dr. Gross is a great chiropractor! He is personable and very knowledgeable. He welcomes walk-ins as well as appointments. Chiropractic visits have been a necessity since I had a car wreck in 2000, and Dr. Gross has been the best around.
