Coco is truly an artist, and her expertise is unmatched. She made me feel comfortable, informed and confident in the process. She took time and listened to my goals and concerns. What sets Coco apart is not just her incredible skill, but also her eye for balance, and natural beauty. She knows how to enhance without overdoing it. I couldn't recommend Coco and Plastic Surgery of Utah enough! If you're looking for someone who combines medical knowledge with true artistry and compassion, Coco is the one.

I traveled to Utah from Arizona on January 9th with a pre-operative consultation on January 10th…read more My breast augmentation surgery was to take place on January 11th with a post-op on January 12th. When I arrived to their office on Wednesday January 10th, I was asked if I have been on semi-glutide by their office manager Kari. I advised I have been using it and the last time I had used it was a week prior to the day I arrived there. She at that point told me I should have been off of it for 4 weeks prior to my breast augmentation surgery. I then obviously went into a panic because I was never asked this in all the months I stayed in contact with her nor was I ever provided the male, email, or text any preoperative directives or instructions. I asked her why she had waited until the 99th hour to advise me of such a critical requirement. Her unprofessionalism astounded me with a reply of "my bad". The total lack of regard and respect for me and my well-being/health was quite alarming and concerning to me. She then tried to sell me into getting intubated so that I would not have aspiration during surgery. Her only concern was to not lose the money that they already received from me. I told her I did not trust her or have confidence in her or her establishment any longer based on her reply to me as well as her total disregard as a medical professional to advise me of such a critical requirement to be off of semi blue tide at least 4 weeks prior to surgery. She asked if I wanted to talk to the surgeon and I replied I did not I was done and I wanted a total refund. She walked out of the room and had the surgeon come in even though I had expressed not wanting to speak with him. This totally felt like a used car sales lot where they tried to talk you into buying a vehicle by bringing in their manager and other folks. Dr Kirk Moore came into the room and I told him I refuse to hear anymore and that his office manager failed to send me preoperative directives and I refuse to be intubated. They both stated they could not guarantee that I still would not aspirate during surgery. If anyone reading this looks up intubation and aspiration you will know how very severe and critical this could be to somebody's life. I was not there with family and there was no way I was going to put my life in danger and in their hands knowing how incompetent, unprofessional, and irresponsible the personnel working at Plastic Surgery Institute of Utah are. I requested verbally and via email to be reimbursed for my travel expenses and the time off I took off work that I can no longer get back to have breast augmentation done in the near future by a reputable plastic surgeon. I have contacted ABC4 Utah KTV, KSL News radio, KSTU Fox 13, Attorney General of Utah Sean Reyes, and the Better Business Bureau of Utah and placed complaints against the Plastic Surgery Institute of Utah, Dr Kirk Moore, and his office manager Kari. I AM DETERMINED TO BRING TO LIGHT THIS HORRIFIC INJUSTICE OF MY WELL-BEING AND HOW THEY REFUSE TO PAY FOR MY TRAVEL EXPENSES. I hope anyone reading this will stay away from this establishment because they don't care about you as a person you are just a dollar sign $$ to them! Please let me know if you have been a victim of the Plastic Surgery of Utah. I would like to get the news channels more names. I think they should be shut down!!!

Co-owned by Heather Gay herself. Ever since I first laid eyes upon that beautifully chaotic fever dream known as The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, I have dreamed of entering this establishment. And reader... dreams DO come true. I got the Good Time Girl Facial and let me tell you... it was, in fact, a GOOD. TIME. Shelby C. was my esthetician, but honestly? I think she may have been an angel temporarily assigned to Earth. Beautiful. Gentle. Ethereal. Like if a woodland fairy got licensed in advanced skincare. There were TWO cleanses. Exfoliation. Moisturizers. Masks. Serums. Warm towels. At one point I think my soul briefly left my body and floated toward the heavens while Enya played faintly in the distance. I have now decided heaven is simply this: You lie on a heated table while angels wash and exfoliate your face for eternity while calling you "queen." I walked in looking like I had been through several economic recessions and a situationship. I walked out looking hydrated, luminous, and emotionally stable. Best $150 I've ever spent. I would trust Shelby with my taxes, my future children, and the nuclear codes. 10/10. If I disappear, please know I now live there permanently in a robe with cucumber slices on my eyes.

On my last visit, which I later learned was actually one visit short of the final session, I pointed out that I still had a lot of hair. Their response was to pressure me into buying more visits or "touch-ups." I decided to wait a few months to assess the actual results, and to my shock, most of the hair grew back. A few spots the size of a coin remained, but that's it. I've had laser hair removal before with a different company, 13 years ago, and I knew what to expect. I naively believed Laser Away would deliver on their promise. I spoke with the store manager and a nurse about my dilemma and the lack of results, but it's a huge headache not only because I still have poor results, but because I'm locked into a contract due in a year. I still owe more than $2,000 for a service that did not deliver the promised results. If I don't pay on time, the amount could balloon due to interest and fees, adding almost $3,000 to my debt. To make matters worse, the store manager offered no real solutions besides paying for more treatments at a discount or getting the missed treatment for free. I asked to speak with someone with real authority, and I was told there was nobody I could call and that I should wait for a return call. I am still waiting.
