Wow what a poor store. They could not process a price protection claim because the customer had…read morepurchased the printer online using PayPal. As if PayPal, a payment strategy the source offers, would mess up what should be a seamless transaction. They could not do anything. They wanted me to call customer service again now for the third time to get some satisfaction. I was at the store on Friday and was turned away by the general manager. I attended on Sunday and spend an hour there in futility. I won't shop at the source again. When my printer arrives in the mail I will bring it back to the store and return it for my refund and say goodbye.
