The service has seriously gone down hill. Constant promises of fixing the issues and nothing being…read moredone about it. The service use to work great. But it seems as they gained more customers they got a lot of problems. Never mind the fact that when it rains heavily around the Winkler area our service would cut out. The technological terms they use to hype their product is extremely misleading "Fiber Optic Based" yea all internet is fiber optic based at some point. "Next Generation" yet looking at the equipment they use it's old technology.... extremely deceptive practices that indicate desperation.
