In fact, I was comfortable enough with my previous experiences that I chose them again when I planned a girls' trip to Fredericksburg a few months ago. The actual wine tour was wonderful, and we had a great time. I had no issues with the service during the trip or immediately afterward. Unfortunately, what happened afterward has completely changed how I feel about using this company in the future. Several weeks after our trip, multiple people from our group began noticing unauthorized charges associated with the company on their credit/debit cards. What initially seemed like it could potentially be an isolated issue quickly became concerning when more people in our group reported experiencing the same thing. One person reported a second unauthorized charge from the company, and another person reported being charged $106. Some members of our group reached out to the company directly before disputing the charges with their banks. The responses we received were concerning and, in my opinion, did not provide enough explanation or reassurance. In one case, the company indicated that the refund had been initiated and said they were blocking potential double charges. However, the communication also suggested that the additional charge may have resulted from the customer accidentally placing another order. That explanation was difficult to reconcile with the fact that multiple people from the same group experienced similar unauthorized charges. Another member of our group was told that the company would refund the charge, but there was initially no clear explanation for why the charge occurred. Because of the uncertainty, some people ultimately felt they had no choice but to dispute the charges directly with their banks. One person even canceled their card because they believed the charge was fraudulent. I personally have not received one of these unauthorized charges, so I want to be very clear that I am not writing this review because I was personally charged or because I had a bad experience during the tour. My concern comes from watching multiple friends deal with unexpected charges after we used this company and seeing how difficult it has been to get a clear explanation or resolution. What is especially disappointing is that I genuinely liked this company before this happened. I had used them successfully before, recommended them to my friends, and trusted them enough to book another experience with them. I therefore feel a responsibility to share what happened so that other customers can make an informed decision. I am not claiming to know exactly how these charges occurred, and I am not interested in unfairly accusing anyone of something I cannot prove. However, the fact that multiple people in our group experienced unauthorized charges, including repeat charges for at least one person, is extremely concerning. The company's response has also not given us the level of clarity or confidence I would expect when customers are reporting potentially fraudulent transactions. I hope the company takes this seriously, investigates what happened, provides a clear explanation to the affected customers, and makes sure this does not happen to anyone else. Until then, unfortunately, I would have a hard time recommending this company to friends or feeling comfortable using them again.

My friend had an NA wine which she enjoyed. We ordered the Truffle Fries and Meatballs. Both dishes were tasty. I enjoyed the aioli that came with the fries. They had discounted wines for purchase. I often pass by it going through a shortcut to I-45 and sometimes going home around the area. It's literally a 5-minute drive. I booked reservations Friday since I saw they opened up the 31st on Resy. It wasn't earlier in the week, but I knew it was the last day, and my friend and I really wanted to try. I'm glad we made reservations because they were at capacity (150 person capacity) and weren't taking any walk ins. We got there early cause Resy suggested checking out the Tasting Room before or after the reservation time. We got there about an hour earlier, and the host said he didn't know anything about that except that the Tasting Room area was used for events. Interesting. We were seated earlier on the patio on this freezing evening. At first, we were at a table that didn't have a heat lamp, but when one freed up, they were so nice to suggest that we move closer to the heat lamp since they saw us shivering. Lol. We were thankful for that. I wore fleece lined jeans and brought gloves and a beanie anyway having been in the below freezing winter in London. Laura was our server and was kind and funny. So was this other guy who checked in every now and then. He made light of their last day situation. The dining area is so beautiful inside. I love the limestone-looking interior and chandeliers. Reminds me of Fredericksburg or something. They had many large groups and a few small groups of friends or couples dining on this last day. Way to go out with a bang. A lot of the wines were selling out or already sold out around 7-8 pm. We tried the truffle fries and Sicilian meatballs with focaccia bread. I like the thick cut of the fries and the black garlic aioli. It reminded me of yuca fries. The Sicilian meatballs were a bit small, peppery and salty. I wish the marinara was a little more tart. The focaccia helped cut through the saltiness. I had 2 glasses of the NA Sauvignon blanc which was light and a little tart. They ran out of the NA red blend. My friend ordered Sayonara, one of their farewell flights which were aptly named for "goodbye". It was a great night on the patio but chilly. My friend purchased a rosé and a Pinot Grigio as part of their Last Sail wines. Actually, the Pinot Grigio wasn't part of the sale, and he was going to take off 20%, but he also made it 50% off. However as a guest, there are a couple things I want to point out... First, the ceremony setup. The bride and groom were positioned a couple steps DOWN from the majority of the rows of chairs, meaning if you were in row 4 or beyond, you couldn't see anything. I was in the second to last row and could hardly see anything. My friends in the row behind me (the last row) couldn't see anything. It was just an awkward setup for the guests. The biggest downfall of this place was their lack of restrooms. They have TWO for the entire venue... while I, myself, don't drink alcohol anymore, I'm fully aware of how it creates a constant need for use of the restroom. Many of the guests were enjoying their beers and glasses of wine, so this created long lines at the restrooms. Lastly, the gravel in the front half of the venue was a nightmare for all of us ladies in heels. My strapping stilettos were constantly getting small pebbles up under my toes and it was super uncomfortable. The dance floor and seated area for dinner, however, had turf, which was MUCH more pleasant to walk on. I wish they had this all over the venue grounds instead. Overall, the setup was nice as they had one area for the ceremony, another for cocktail hour, another for dinner/dancing and a small indoor area where the Photo Booth was set up. Additionally, the bridal suite (which I didn't actually see for myself) was upstairs, which gave the bride a birds eye view of the guests as they arrived. Pretty cool! I think a few small adjustments would make this place a five star experience for everyone involved!
