We have a "loyalty card" with enough stamps for a complimentary beverage. Person at the window told us they don't accept stamped cards anymore. We asked hey make an exception as we did not know the cards and stamps were not accepted anymore and she said no. Pretty lame, won't return. read more

Being a faithful customer of Pop drinks where they are friendly, Efficient and polite we thought this place would be an OK alternative as we moved. However, t's is definitely missing PR! Your drink may be good or made wrong (and somehow it's the customers fault) but being treated indifferent or rudely is a huge turn off. Respect. read more

I work for favor and they turned my customer down. I went around 7 pm and they told me they were not taking anymore orders because there was too much orders an that they were close. So i had to cancel my favor order but stayed in the lot because i had to wait for another Favor, just to see cars still pulling up to be help in the drive-through.
