They would not see him despite the circumstances. I also asked if they could just do the ice treatment like they did at the Cary office and they would not do it. This was such terrible customer service! As much as we spend for these services, and due to the extenuating circumstances, I would think you could make an exception for one minute. However, I'm not pleased with my results. Right before she started spraying she told me she was going to give me medium color (even though I'm very fair-s) since the wedding was a few days away. Because this was my first spray tan, I trusted her to make the right call for my skin. Unfortunately, I was left with a a blotchy face, an orange color, and blotchy spots all over my feet. I'm left trying to find ways to fade my tan so I don't look silly wedding pictures. Update: I talked to a woman who worked at a different tanning salon and she said that armpits, inner forearms, and feet should not be sprayed as directly as they were on my body. These areas should be sprayed more lightly (if at all) to give a more natural look. This was not my experience here. Again, I did follow all pre and post tanning instructions on the website. Karen's response to my review makes my experience even worse and makes me question how much they prioritize customer service and satisfaction.

I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I received the absolute worst haircut of my life here 2 days ago from the owner, Katy. I asked for a haircut, shaping up the face framing I already had and adding a few layers to the back. What I got was my entire head chopped beyond repair. It looks like my hair was run over by a lawnmower and then a 4 year old chopped it with kitchen scissors. I should have known things were not going to go well when Katy was rushing around and running behind. She didn't not seem organized at all. She rushed through my haircut but I trusted her, thinking she's the owner surely she knows what she is doing, my grave mistake. My hair was very long, thick, and beautiful. I am posting before pictures and after pictures. I did not let Katy attempt to fix my hair, I wouldn't let that woman touch my head again for any amount of money. I will say, she refunded my 60 dollars (she was very very rude about it and not apologetic AT ALL) but my hair is ruined beyond repair. It will probably take over a year for my hair to grow back. I have no idea what to even do. I have spent the past two days crying my eyes out.
