Without asking me first, they had assigned her assistant, a less experienced provider, to perform the procedure in her place, including on my eye area. While I waited, I noticed the owner in the office filming content for social media rather than stepping in to perform the treatment herself. No one called or texted to give me a heads up about any of this beforehand, despite this office usually communicating by text. I paid a $500 deposit and don't think it's acceptable to swap in a less experienced provider for a treatment near the eyes without getting the patient's consent first. I've since heard similar complaints from others about last-minute changes and poor communication here. Ask detailed questions about who's actually treating you, and get their consent process for provider changes, before booking.

I've attached before and after pictures and the redness and swelling have gone down dramatically over the past 24 hours. It went from painful and swollen to flat and easily covered with makeup after the BBL Laser. Also, I was a little nervous about how it would feel but I felt no pain at all.

For cosmetic services, I find it important to develop a relationship with one practitioner. Stephanie is the only person I see because she's excellent and so lovely. So sad to say, but if this business makes a mistake on their end, they ban clients. Please bear that in mind before scheduling an appointment -- there is a zero tolerance policy on complaints.

Boy, am I glad I decided to come back. I booked a 2pm appointment with Heidi. I arrived around 2 minutes early and was promptly checked in. I was also asked if I wanted a complimentary beverage, and I asked for a coffee (which ended up being amazing). I didn't wait long--I was seated for my haircut at 2:06 PM. I told Heidi what I wanted and she asked detailed questions making sure I was happy with the length on top and sides before she got started. She then proceeded to cut my hair, and had great conversation along the way. She was really easy to talk to. She shampooed my hair and styled it to make sure it was up to her own standards, which I greatly appreciated. The cut cost $30 not including gratuity. Overall, I highly recommend this salon and Heidi in particular. I will certainly be back.

The spraying process was very comfortable for a first-timer, she knows exactly how to put people at ease. Karen gave me the lightest formula and it turned out extremely even and natural looking. However, I'm not pleased with my results. Right before she started spraying she told me she was going to give me medium color (even though I'm very fair-s) since the wedding was a few days away. Because this was my first spray tan, I trusted her to make the right call for my skin. Unfortunately, I was left with a a blotchy face, an orange color, and blotchy spots all over my feet. I'm left trying to find ways to fade my tan so I don't look silly wedding pictures. Update: I talked to a woman who worked at a different tanning salon and she said that armpits, inner forearms, and feet should not be sprayed as directly as they were on my body. These areas should be sprayed more lightly (if at all) to give a more natural look. This was not my experience here. Again, I did follow all pre and post tanning instructions on the website. Karen's response to my review makes my experience even worse and makes me question how much they prioritize customer service and satisfaction.

I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I received the absolute worst haircut of my life here 2 days ago from the owner, Katy. I asked for a haircut, shaping up the face framing I already had and adding a few layers to the back. What I got was my entire head chopped beyond repair. It looks like my hair was run over by a lawnmower and then a 4 year old chopped it with kitchen scissors. I should have known things were not going to go well when Katy was rushing around and running behind. She didn't not seem organized at all. She rushed through my haircut but I trusted her, thinking she's the owner surely she knows what she is doing, my grave mistake. My hair was very long, thick, and beautiful. I am posting before pictures and after pictures. I did not let Katy attempt to fix my hair, I wouldn't let that woman touch my head again for any amount of money. I will say, she refunded my 60 dollars (she was very very rude about it and not apologetic AT ALL) but my hair is ruined beyond repair. It will probably take over a year for my hair to grow back. I have no idea what to even do. I have spent the past two days crying my eyes out. I feel so ugly and the hair cut is so bad it almost feels like Katy did it on purpose because how in the world is it possible to cut someone's hair so badly?
