I went back online and made a new appointment then texted her to let her know of the new date/time. That appointment was never approved so I tried a 3rd time. Same result. I'm at a loss on why but chalked it up to not needing new customers.

Well what it ended up being is a 60 minute massage in total time but they apparently thought because there was 2 that counted for the other 30 min . Obviously being a language barrier it's impossible to understand. The one basically sat in a chair and answered phone calls while touching my leg and talking the whole time.
