My appointment began over 45 minutes late because the stylist was getting her nails done, and then chose to wash her daughter's hair. 2. The stylist placed me into a cape that reeked of cigarette smoke. 3. When discussing what I wanted to do with my hair, the stylist was actively having another conversation and continued to walk away from the station. This is when I knew things were going to go very wrong. 4. Prior to this appointment, I had hair down past my hips. I explicitly requested that the stylist not remove more than an inch of hair. Can anyone guess where my hair is now? BARELY TOUCHING MY SHOULDERS. 5. The stylist did not use conditioner. 6. The stylist continuously walked away from her station to go speak to other stylists and clients, which ultimately resulted in her giving me horrifically uneven layers. 7. The stylist did not have a conversation with me. At all. Not once. The cherry on top was the fact that the stylist brought her dog--who sat directly underfoot--and ate my chopped off hair. The said dog then hacked up my hair, which prompted the stylist to laugh and say "I think he's eaten more hair than you have on your head!"

I was really self-conscious about it. They put a filler in my cheek all around the eye. It did not make the bag go away, but it made my cheek look fuller there for making the bag not look so noticeable. They evened it out on both sides. In essence, they gave me a cheek lift. I am very pleased and will continue to use them for whatever my needs are.
