I found a new pack of needles for $1, a sweet crochet purse for $3 and the staff/owner sold me a slightly in need of love German pyramid music box for $10. I left very happy with my purchases. There is lots to look for here and worth a stop if you are a thrift shopper. It's a cute shop, larger than it seems and friendly staff with good prices.

I have found a great amount of stylish clothes for a 7 year old girl, lots of levi's and lucky brand jeans, pristine white chuck's, my now go-to Dooney and burke purse, lots of picture frames, a gorgeous colorful set of rugs in the shape of flowers, and much much more. For the parking I highly recommend turning into Sonic as they have plenty of convenient and safer parking spots than the ones right in front of the store (it sits on the busy intersection of bandera road and main st). And you can't go wrong with the proceeds helping towards the dog and cat shelter.

The store was incredibly disorganized and seemed dirty, even if it wasn't. It looks like someone tries to put like things together, and the others just put things out where ever there is shelf space. I found a pair of glasses in a case for $6 with a slightly bent earpiece and they were prescription lenses. Very strange item to find locked in a glass case. There is possibly every category there, from clothes to jewelry to furniture, and plenty of customers. No one seemed bothered by the chaos. I actually found an adorable picture frame and it ended up it was only $1.00! That was a nice surprise although the original $2 tag was fine too. I would say I will reassess on a future visit, but I don't see that happening at this point.
