My landlord said that I could transfer my lease if I found a suitable tenant but the only caveat was that I was not allowed to post the apartment on Streeteasy. I had spoken with a few brokers and all, including Alex, has said it would be very challenging without Streeteasy. Some brokers declined outright, others reluctantly offered to do what they could. Alex was so kind and professional the whole way through, he helped me in determining a price that would get it rented, he took great new photos and kept me abreast of developments during the whole process - I didn't have a single worry. Best of all, he found great tenants within a matter of weeks and I was able to move on my target date! I can't think of a better broker experience that I have had and he is also a very cool guy!
