It was not received till the 15th of January. I was refusing the shipment as the sender had already shipped another package Via UPS (it came in two days, and still arrived before the Fedex package). The lady was extremely rude when I asked for some sort of proof of the refused package. She told me "if you want tracking you'll have to pay to ship the refused package back, if not just leave the package and it will be returned". It made me use canva which then would not let me save and print. It only allowed me to make an order which I could print later and not save. She finally agreed to print mine for me. Once again an even more horrible experience then before. Thanks to her I got what I needed after an hour and double the price.
