I put in my license plate number on the website and everything else they asked. It wouldn't take. Several times. I happened to have my second phone with me today which rarely happens. That one worked. It took so long to leave this parking garage today at the end of my visit. The app said I owed $9 but when I leave it is $10.50 because of some silly fee. They should just put it on the app. Be honest. Say what the person really owes. I come here about once a month but I won't anymore. Unless someone wants to come here and I cannot convince them to go to a more logical place that has better parking. Some of the restaurants are great but there are no interesting stores in my opinion. So, after eating, you pretty much leave unless you go for ice cream. I will take my business elsewhere.

There are more eating and drinking places outside the entrance where Cheesecake Factory is located. The Mojito Bar had Latin Music blaring. There were a handful of patrons at the bar. I came here to get new reading glasses and shop for any clothes that might catch my eye. It's great one-stop shopping. I was able to get new Lenses in my glasses as well as buy another pair in a couple hours. At Marshall's, they had just put new swimsuits in the juniors for $19-$24, which retail up to $100 at regular retail stores on the beach. I tried on some Sambas at Adidas, then my glasses were ready and I grabbed lunch at Cheesecake Factory before leaving. The one con for me was how many individual store employees spoke zero English. In Polo and Levi's and even Saks, I encountered difficulty being understood. I guess this is a sad reality in Miami now.

I love the bubble tea place they have and ALWAYS get one when I'm at the mall. They have fun little rides for kids and kids events. There's plenty of free parking all around the mall. Unlike other malls, here you don't get harassed by these stands in the middle any more.

i was there and yes i can say they do take all the good stuff for themselves they have in the…read moreregister the manager and she was a little sassy with me and my sister we found some sandals to the side and ask one of the ladies that worked there she asked the lady at the register and the manager if they where for sale and she said yes for $30 me and my sister stayed just for the sandals we waited in line for a whole hour and when the lady in front of us got there she had the same sandals as us she asked the lady how much they were and she said $30 the lady decided to leave them but the manager was going to sell them the her when me and my sister got there the younger lady the manager saw the sandals and i'm guessing she knew they were expensive she took a picture on her phone saw they were expensive and said she couldn't sell them to us we asked why and she said because they could get her in trouble for that we told her we heard the conversation with the lady in front she said they had made a mistake jaja so we asked them to talk to the owner they said no lol the service is not great they make a lot of "mistakes" when it comes to what's in sale.
