The 14 shirts were so badly mauled by their embroidery machine that it made the logo nearly unrecognizable and even left holes in the shirts. After ruining one shirt, I would think a quality company would call you up and explain that the embroidery machine does not work with the shirt material and apologize. Nothing like that happened here. Also, there was no offer to pay us back for the ruined shirts. We ended up having to pay another company to fix the shirts that were ruined by T-Shirts plus and were unable to salvage a few of the shirts with large holes in them. Stay away!
