When they were finally done (over a month) the cards were a very different color and they never told me. I never got to come in and look at a prototype like in the past. Also they only printed half my usual order, the earring tags and not my business card as they said they would. Then they charged me nearly 500.00 with half my order done. Building is open, lights are on, people here. Checked cameras and no delivery was attempted. FedEx keeps going downhill. Also 2 years ago they backed up into my driveway and drove into the ditch braking part of my driveway. I tried to file a claim with them and just got the run around. I will never use them again!
