Paid extra money to have eye glasses made and fast delivery as my current glasses a broke. They were suppose to be here, got a notice attempted delivery business closed. Building is open, lights are on, people here. Checked cameras and no delivery was attempted. FedEx keeps going downhill. Also 2 years ago they backed up into my driveway and drove into the ditch braking part of my driveway. I tried to file a claim with them and just got the run around. I will never use them again! read more

The customer service lady was nice. But I didn't feel as though I was helped. The first time I ever had a package deliver by FedEx and the driver delivered it to the wrong place. I called two days after not seeing any sign of the package. They told me I'd have to wait a day until the driver was working again, which was fine. The call me the next day and said the driver delivered it...at a building that wasn't mine. Same apartment number, wrong apartment building. They said they see if was still there or see if whoever lived there had it. Got called a couple hours later and was told to just ask for a replacement because it had been so long since it had been delivered. Am not happy at all read more

Delivered our package to the wrong address, thankful for honest people that took the time to bring our package to us. It wasn't even dropped off on the correct street or house number, I understand that mistakes happen, but when I contacted customer service to say that the tracking information says the package was delivered and that we hadn't received it, she said that they would contact the delivery driver and get back to us with the information on where the package got delivered and nobody ever bothered to get back to us..... very disappointing customer service and careless delivery driver !!!!!!!! read more

I go to this FedEx location 1-2 times a week. Each time I go in there either Sandra and Val are always so friendly, helpful and kind to me. By far this is the best Fed Ex store I have ever been to. Would highly recommend due to the excellent customer service every single time. I have never been disappointed with the service at the cross roads location. Thanks again for all the help Sandra and Val! I will be taking all my shipping needs to this FedEx location exclusively. read more
