You make a reservation for the "experience" and I recommend arriving a few minutes prior to get situated, restroom, etc. The host was very informative and patient with us. It took us 59 minutes and 55 seconds, BUT we escaped! We had SO much fun through the whole experience. It was a test of our fortitude and wits. We laughed so much. I highly recommend this as a group activity. There were four (4) in our party and it was great.

The game was started with them giving us general rules. And then the fun started! Once in the room, you watch a short video to give you insight into to what your mission is. Once you've started the game, they were in touch via 2-way radio the whole time. And they made clear that anyone could leave the room at any time, and rejoin at any time...which was cool, since we had some people worried about getting claustrophobic. Nobody had to use that option, btw. The clues were hard to find/decipher at times, but they try to lead you in the right direction over the 2 way radio. Plus, they give a certain allotment of clues that you can ask for. Once you get the jist of it, it gets easier......but nothing is simple. To think that Isaac, the owner, came up with the games on his own, is mind blowing! We came within TWO clues of solving the puzzle and escaping......SO CLOSE!!!!! You have about 18 holes to make it through, each with its own fun and unique setting. You'll spot pretty much all of your favorite Harry Potter characters - Hermione, Dobby, and more - in addition to other fantasy elements like dragons, wizards, and cave trolls. We came in on a Saturday and were able to start playing right away. When you're finished up with your golf adventures they have a variety of arcade games (with even more on the second floor). If you're looking for a fun way to spend an hour or so don't miss out on Cooper's Kingdom!

You can ask for hints throughout the experience and the nightmare mode has a live actor interacting with your group but not directly, as in they will not be inside the room while you are solving puzzles. You'll be given dim flashlights but if your flashlight doesn't work, you can ask for a new one. All the rules will be explained before you enter at your own risk and you can leave the experience at any time if you need to. As a horror movie fan, I found this escape more fun than scary but would recommend it to anyone to enjoy whether in or outside of your comfort zone.
