A new restaurant in Maccclenny! It's like winning the food lottery. So a word of caution, not only is this place super busy right now, but when the line gets backed up it goes out to the street. Please be cautious when driving near the restaurant. So because of the ridiculous line of cars, I decided to park in the back and do a walk up order. After checking out the menu I decided to go with a steak in a sack. I'm not sure what made me get this since I'm a cheese steak snob, but the picture on the menu sucked me in. I told the girl at the window that I wanted the #5 (steak in a sack, fries and drink). She looks at me, puts her head down and then shakes it. I said, you don't know what the #5 is do you? She laughed and said no. It was kind of funny and they're still new, so I cut her some slack. The steak comes with onions, but you can add cheese (Swiss or American), peppers and mayo for no extra charge. I appreciated that since I'm a cheapskate. I sat for probably 10 min and the food was ready. Before giving me my food, I was asked if I wanted seasoning on my fries. I was worried what the seasoning was so they gave me a side of it in a little cup. Score! The food - fries were delicious. They had almost like a batter on them, which I love! I dipped the fries in the seasoning and I enjoyed it. Tasted like good old seasoning salt, but it was a nice touch to make the fries a little different. The steak in a sack was pretty alright. I added cheese and mayo because, well, that's how you eat a cheesesteak. The pita bread was soft and held together well. It had a decent amount of meat. It lacked seasoning though and that was my only complaint. Prices are decent, food was pretty good. I'll definitely come back and try some other items on the menu. Hot and fresh every time I've been it's great service , highly recommend for great fast / fresh food

Things to improve on would be first and foremost ring the customer up for the right thing then if they bring it to your attention don't just say oh I pushed the wrong button. Then fix your mistake by either refunding the difference or refunding the whole order. Otherwise it would be considered scamming the customer. read more

I'm sorry to report; but it's true , their customer service is awful. The employees are miserable and act inconvenienced when a customer presents him/herself. Lastly, any and every other Sheik is monumentally better than this one. The quality of food is poor , prepared very sloppy, and made half fast. It's hard to believe that this restaurant is still fairly new. It really is a well deserved 1 star. read more

we live in an area that some may consider a food desert, or at least we do, as we have been less than happy with most of our local restaurants. First, this is a fast food restaurant so take that for what that is. We've eaten here at least 10 times and come probably once a month for either the burgers or the steak in a sack. The frequency with which we return to a fast food restaurant says all that needs to be said, the burgers are good if not great, and I love the seasoning on the fries. My wife is the one who usually gets steak in a sack so I'll defer to her. We always get the cherry limeade, which honestly needs much more lime, but the drink is huge, so after we add our own lime juice, we get at least two drinks out of it. Prices are on par with most other fast food restaurants if not a little bit more, as it's usually between $9 to $10 per combo. i've seen a lot of prior reviews with issues about the service, I can only say that I have always had prompt/friendly from the service from the employees here, granted I usually come during lunch or when there is not a rush or right before closing, but frankly I'll take the service here over any other of the local fast food chains. In terms of ambience, it's only a drive-through so there is no real ambience per se. We will definitely be back - perhaps even today as I'm craving their burger! read more

The have rats. And roaches/bugs. On 08/22/22 they had an F from the inspector, magically on 08/24 they got rid of the rats and roaches. Sorry, but that doesn't actually happen. What they did, was quickly clean up before the inspector came back. They only did that for a month, until 02/21/2023, in which they received a "B" for failing to regulate temperatures for food and also unsanitary conditions. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being sick. read more

The only reason they got a 1 star review is because that it the lowest that I could give. This experience was horrible. I pulled my steak in a sack out of the bag and the grease poured out all in my truck. The whole sandwich is completely ruined by grease. Disgusting!! read more

Went tonight after waiting in line for 10 mins we were told by a young lady sorry but we are closed and proceeded to turn the outside lights off. All we wanted were milkshakes nothing that require grill or even cooking. Also according to google it still says Big Boys restaurant is still in that location which states they close at 10pm but clearly we still made it 10 mins before closing. I absolutely lo ed my steak in the sack and ha e you tried their hamburgers? Omg they are 3 times the size of other hamburger spot and so much better I definitely would suggest you try their menu!!! Dont forget to get a large limeade to wash it down .promise you won't regret it and you will have a new favorite spot. read more
