It's well laid out and it's easy to find what you need. The staff are helpful and approachable - I recently had to return a faulty item and the member of staff I dealt with was lovely. The sales are always well worth a visit, as they tend to reduce everything to half price or less, but be aware that it does get painfully busy with fellow bargain hunters.

This branch has a good location on Cheltenham highstreet, and is always a bit chaotic during its famous sale days, which I have seen signs suggesting they start as early as 6am!! Always good for a bargain, but the quality is still there. I have always found the staff to be pleasant, though the changing rooms can get a little manic - particularly on saturdays and during sales!

They also sell a good line of outdoor accessories, including the humorously-named Fat Lip lip balm. Staff are polite, and prices are reasonable - especially when compared to Cult or Republic. My one gripe is that the men's section is quite small, when the majority of people I see in there are male like myself.

It's a great shop for the slightly quirky, or for anyone looking for something a little less 'high street' looking! The shop premises is also pretty cool. It has a funky layout, and always plays some good music. The unisex changing rooms are quite funky too, if a little daunting for the shy! Staff are always pleasant (and often useful for outfit ideas as they all dress well!).

The window displays are always beautiful and manage to entice me in everytime I wander past! I have to agree with the other reviewers that Monsoon can be a little on the pricey side, but I think you do get what you pay for. I tend to go in there if I'm looking for a particular outfit, like a dress for a special occasion or the perfect accessory (although their accessory range is a little limited - but Accessorize isn't far away!) Beautiful clothes, but you need plenty of cash for a spree in here.
