Jellycat, giftwrap and cute tissue papers, homewares, gorgeous cards, gifts, clothing- I had fabulous advent candles from here too. Everything is displayed well too. Extra bonus points though to the super helpful staff, I dropped them a message on Facebook trying to track down a dress- arranged payment, and I had the politest exchange and super quick postage- I wish I lived closer to this place!

The shop looks tiny from the outside but on entering the shop it is like an Aladins Cave and seems to go on and on. They have a great range of cards for every age range and every occasion. They also have a good range of fun books which make great gifts and secret santas. They have a really good range of gifts again for all ages. The nice thing about this shop is that there are lots of things here that you don't see on sale anywhere else and i'm sure they spend a vast amount of time sourcing the quirky, fun items here. They have gifts for all price ranges too - you can pop in and spend a couple of quid but pretty much each time I go in here I want everything and normally spend a small fortune. Before Christmas, my wife and I visited Cheltenham for the day from Birningham and my wife bought some ribbon from this shop. When we got home, my wife said that she wished she had bought more so I telephoned the shop who were quick to identify the ribbon from the description I gave them, directed me to a web site to double check we had the right one and, because they did not have the quantity I wanted in stock, ordered from the wholesaler, informed me when it was available, took payment over the phone and posted the ribbon to me. At all points, I was dealt with politely and efficiently. The order was only very small - just a few pounds - but I was nevertheless given the impression that my custom was important. I have worked in customer service all my life and tend to by hyper critical but I found my experience with this shop to be first class.
