Only when I mentioned speaking to a manager did she suddenly agree to help me - but then started muttering under her breath and huffing and puffing. At that point, I declined the service because I wouldn't trust someone with such a poor attitude to work on my face. She then tried to insist I had to get the service done because I had "signed in". I informed her that I was under no obligation to accept service from someone displaying such unprofessional behavior. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I've had. There was absolutely no reason for such terrible treatment, especially when they still had plenty of time before closing.
