I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Lash Beauty Bar. Earlier this week, I received a text promotion offering $10 off a lash lift. Based on that message, I booked a lash lift with a new tech (Alice). When I arrived, I confirmed the discount with the tech, and she told me it would be applied. However, at checkout, I was told that the manager said there were exclusions and that I could not use the promotion. The issue is that the text message clearly lists no exclusions whatsoever, which makes the promotion very misleading. It honestly made me feel like I had to beg for $10, which is unacceptable. If there are exclusions, they should be clearly stated. Otherwise, don't send the promotion at all. Unfortunately, the service itself was just as disappointing. After my lash lift, the tech left tons of visible white residue all over my lashes (both right and left eye) which looks like dried cream or glue. I paid Beale $100 and she didn't even bother to clean it off. When I pointed it out, she asked if I wanted it removed;?at that point, it was already late, and I shouldn't have had to ask in the first place. It looks terrible and my eyes have been hurting and irritated since I left.it's now 4 hours later and both of my eyes are swollen and itchy. My lashes look so messed up and are barely curled. I regret getting the lash lift with Alice so bad. To make matters worse, I was then told that my lashes were "too short." I've never had an issue getting my lashes lifted before, so I don't believe my lashes are the problem. If a technician lacks the experience or technique to work with certain lash types, that should be communicated upfront--not after the service is done. To make matters worse, after I left, I received a text offering to apply the $10 discount anyway. At that point, the damage was already done, and the entire experience just felt unprofessional. Overall, this visit left me feeling frustrated, disappointed, and undervalued as a customer. Between the misleading promotion, the poor service quality, and the lack of attention to detail, I will not be returning, nor can I honestly recommend this place to anyone. It's unfortunate that an entire experience was soured over poor service and what felt like penny-pinching over $10. read more

This place is horrible! I never even had a chance to get my lashes done. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I called on the phone to schedule a same day appointment for a classic set. When I arrived at the location, I was met by Mia, who told me that she didn't have that much time for me, and she didn't think that I would like the set because it was "classic express." I asked her to show me a picture of the classic set. I was fine with the picture she showed me, but she repeatedly said she didn't have time for me and that I probably wouldn't like them but she would try. I became extremely uncomfortable and I expressed this to her. Although she apologized, she offered to give me to a junior lash tech that had more time for me but the price would increase by $40, While the issue wasn't the money, I couldn't understand how I was scheduled with a person that did not have time and how she would know she was going to give me wouldn't be sufficient. So the issue was the feeling that I was not welcomed to there. As a customer, no one should be made to feel they're not welcome in any establishment. I would highly recommend an avoiding this location, unless you have an established rapport with one of the lash tech. read more

I had very sparse brows and decided to go for ombré brows. I went to Lash Beauty Bar with the hopes that they'll do a good job. So wrong was I. They messed up one of my brow so bad. Cleo shaved the lower part of my brow ( she did inform me before hand saying that my brows were asymmetrical and unless that was done the result would not be pleasing). i agreed. since i thought she being the professional knew better. They looked great as i left the bar. but after a few weeks i realized hair growing everywhere but the ombre brow, thats because she had created my brow higher than its actual shape, and they had no hair follicles to support any growth. Even my 6 year old stated, "mama you have no hair in your eye brows just a marker." that broke my heart. So i went back to the bar and showed Cleo what was going on. even showed her my previous pics and she agreed they were fine to begin with and it happened because my face was asymmetrical. She said she would lower my brow at my touch up and i can get the extra ombre that she created removed by laser. I'm done with this. have decided to just get the brow tattoo removed. so I'm left with a botched powder brow and around $600-800 poorer due to the laser sessions that await me. Note: I also posted this review on their website to let others know of my experience, but of course it wasn't approved and therefore not posted. Why am I not surprised? read more

The tech did a good job on my lashes. however she kept coughing. I had to ask her to wash her hands and she stated that she wasn't sick and it was just allergies. She only put on hand sanitizer and still didn't wash her hands. I thought that was absolutely disgusting especially since we're in flu, RSV, and Covid season. For these reasons, I won't be returning to this location. read more

Just came in for a quick eyebrow waxing and I'm beyond disappointed, I was looking forward to this place because of the good yelp reviews, I don't know the guy name that did this because I needed to get out of there without saying more than 5 words so I wouldn't make a scene but you ruined my eyebrow you took half of the end shaped one but not the other just an overall terrible experience read more

I won't be returning here. This was my first time and I booked the express classic set on July 14th. I had a follow up appointment for 8/3 for a touch up which I cancelled a week in advance. I received a message from the business regretting to inform me I would be charged 50% of service for a cancellation fee for the type of service I booked. This was not stated anywhere when I booked the appointment and when I spoke to, more than 1 person to confirm my appointment and go over what to expect, no one mentioned anything about there being a stipulation with the service I booked. If there was a stipulation with the type of service I signed up for, it should have been discussed with me as a new client and made clear there would be additional fees if cancelled but it was not. I was well within the 24 hr period of cancellation (cancelled appointment on Fri 7/25) which was the only cancellation policy stated clearly on the site. For my first experience, this was a huge disappointment and frankly a waste of time. They should do better with new clients and making sure they are clear about services and fees. Instead of getting repeat business from me and building a client relationship, they got 1 booked appointment and cancellation fee. read more
