Tom is one of those business owners that is so rare in Vegas. Honest, friendly, knowledgeable and on time! With the weather cooling down I had two old screen doors that needed to be replaced. I looked in to getting them myself but the colors didn't match and I had tall doors that the stores didn't carry. Luckily I found Tom on Yelp. I called to ask for a quote and told Tom where I lived. He said he would be in my neighborhood the next morning and would stop by to look at them. He arrived right when he said he would and quickly took some measurements. What outstanding customer service!! We have a custom size door so when we moved into our new house, we used their services to make us a screen door. The previous owners didn't have one. Great service back then and the door was fantastic!! Fast forward to last week, right before thanksgiving and someone accidentally ran through the door not realizing it was closed (hilarious and sad at the same time!!) but it basically ruined the door. Knowing we had a huge crowd for the holidays we called to see if he could come and he fit us in on a Saturday. He was quick and responsive!!! I don't know how I've gone this long without leaving a review! I've had a few jobs done by Tom and I absolutely love the real wood blinds he put in my first home. And even a year after the install some piece had broken and he came and fixed it a few days later when he was in the are. We had 8 screens of varying sizes installed in our two-story home. Tom's work is top notch. He has all the equipment and materials needed in a workshop style set-up at his truck and did all the installation outside. The screens are a much higher quality than the originals and fit perfectly.
