I went here with a groupon for a tattoo removal session. It was horrible. I had to tell the lady…read moreto put on gloves. She did, but only after telling me the laser wouldn't break the skin so it wasn't necessary. Then she removed the sterilized laser head from a sterile bag, and immediately puts it down on the non-sterile counter. I reminded her that it wasn't sterile, but she responded "it's clean though." I had to ask her to wipe it with alcohol. Then she applies the laser, the very first shot broke the skin (like she said it wouldn't) and started to bleed. She turns down the power and continues. It seems like you should start low and work your way up, not vice versa. Basic stuff. Lots of blistering & bleeding. Overall: not clean, not knowledgeable, not recommended.

I have had other treatment for facial skin tightening at other Med Spa's and nothing has worked like this. I am booking my lower face next! I have been going to Norma for treatments for a couple of years - she does Exilis laser on my legs for tightening and cellulite reduction and this treatment works great as well. Exilis Ultra is the best cellulite treatment around and really works. Norma is fantastic, I am a nurse and I can tell you her technique is clean and sterile when need be and her place is spotless. She is easy going and pleasant to talk to and makes you feel like an old friend!

Requested 10 inches LONG, narrow, thin, tattoo down the center of my back. Not wide…read more I'm wide enough. Tried to show John what I wanted. He said he knew what I wanted. Apparently, not. I had been reassured that John was aware of my request plus I had submitted pictures. A simple black & gray tattoo that maybe should have taken an hour to do. Instead, I have 5 flower heads without stems or leaves that cost more than double what I was expecting. There is no way to rectify this. The script is completely obscured. To say that I'm not happy is an understatement. This is why I felt the need to have a consultation. Obviously, he did not understand what I meant. Flower at the base of my neck, leaves on either side of script & stem running down my back around the words. This tattoo looks nothing like what I asked for. Avoid at all costs!!!

I had called a different place who uses a Swiss method but could not get any information on the technique or type of hair enhancement without going in for a $300 consultation. I am so glad I turned them down and found Ilona's place. The salon-like room was calming and very clean (I look at everything). She then took the time to show and explain the various methods, pro's/con's, with samples and pictures. She asked questions about my medical history and looked at my scalp to give me her recommendations. I was floored however, by her sincere willingness to help me. She advised me not to do anything for the time being (YES, she actually turned business away!) even though I have a wider than normal hair part. She gave me a wonderful game plan for when my problem becomes worse. She took the time to really listen and answer all my questions. This woman has a wonderful work ethic and provides a specialized service. I look forward to being her client if/when the day comes I need it.
