On top of that I also have psoriasis in my scalp so professional attention was in need. With salons reopening I called a few stylist who worked on my hair through the years and not one of the 3 stylist I contacted returned my call neither did the 4 hair salons. Finally I remembered Chimene. She had done my hair in the past but when I changed jobs my hours made it difficult to see her. I crossed my fingers and reached out via text 6am on a Thurs, she responded in 15 mins, had an opening 3 days later and to my surprise she reached her goal and obtained her hair loss license because hair care is her passion. The scalp detox, oxygen treatment is detailed and effective. I could actually feel my scalp breathe for the first time in months it seems. The hair extension service I used to get had been discontinued but because Chimene is a consummate professional she grandfathered the service for me and did it anyways. I learned as well. I was taught what I eat plays huge factor in not only health but it effects the hair. I left there feeling like a new woman. Also her wig making and styling skills are top notch. I could say so much more but my hand is getting tired... (Pic coming soon)

I had called a different place who uses a Swiss method but could not get any information on the technique or type of hair enhancement without going in for a $300 consultation. I am so glad I turned them down and found Ilona's place. The salon-like room was calming and very clean (I look at everything). She then took the time to show and explain the various methods, pro's/con's, with samples and pictures. She asked questions about my medical history and looked at my scalp to give me her recommendations. I was floored however, by her sincere willingness to help me. She advised me not to do anything for the time being (YES, she actually turned business away!) even though I have a wider than normal hair part. She gave me a wonderful game plan for when my problem becomes worse. She took the time to really listen and answer all my questions. This woman has a wonderful work ethic and provides a specialized service. I look forward to being her client if/when the day comes I need it.

The set up was very easy and I meet with Matt,  the senior counselor there.   He went over all my options.   I really liked his honest non-pushy attitude.  And I was scheduled to meet Dr. Welter a week later.  Dr.  Welter addressed all the concerns I had.   He is very knowledgeable in his field and we even talked about current medical research pertaining to the PRP and FUE hair transplant I was going for. Other questions I had before the procedures were quickly addressed by Matt and Brenda.  When I couldn't reach them,  they quickly called back within the hour.   Both are very easy to talk to and Brenda is very compassionate.  On the days I was scheduled,  Marycell the sugerical technologist helped me get ready for each procedure.   Marycell truly cares about me as a patient and was willing to provide anything I needed to make me more comfortable. The day after the FUE, I came back for a follow up.  Dr. Welter inspected his work and everything was very positive.   After I had my hair washed my Marycell and Jenny,  I could notice a fuller head of hair.   I'm very excited to see the end results.  I would definitely recommend New England Center for Hair Restoration and Dr.  Welter.   He is a great doctor with great staff.   Everyone is very kind and does believe in the care of the patient.  It has be a very comfortable experience.
