The job entailed cutting into the ceiling and walls and adding a new switch. It was a fairly big job. Ed was professional, on time and did what he promised to do in the timeframe he promised. He was respectful of our home and tried to clean up (as much as he could) before leaving each day. His work is excellent. The drywall was patched and painted perfectly. So well in fact that you'd think the lights were installed with the original home build. We highly recommend Ed York to all homeowners in need of home repair/renovation. He's great! Five stars!

Unfortunately, the visible black cord that was on the side of mailbox looked increasingly tacky each time I looked at it. I reached out to Mark with photos of what we were dealing with and how we thought we could fix and Mark made it happen, even working us into his busy schedule. If you are looking for a topnotch contractor to support your home improvement or renovation…read morerequirements, I highly recommend considering Pine Ridge Renovation & Construction, LLC. Fred Aziz is the owner (General Contractor ROC# 350558). Fred is personable, communicates well, timely (keeps his project schedule commitments), affordable, and, most importantly, produces top quality results. We were fortunate to find Fred after interviewing several contractors for a major renovation project on a home we recently purchased in Hassayampa. Fred is very "hands-on," completing most of the work himself (i.e., very few, if any, subs). He frequently updates you on progress and seeks your input on materials and design considerations. Fred is relatively new to the Prescott area (having been here about one year), but he is not new to construction. He has years of experience, including running his own business in Thousand Oaks, CA. I can't think of anything Fred isn't capable of handling. He has a wide array of talents and skills. Prescott is filled with a lot of mediocre contractors (from landscaping to roofing, you name it). Fred is the needle in the haystack! Again, highly recommend Pine Ridge. Call Fred at 928-450-6577. Or you can email him at pineridgerc@gmail.com. You won't be disappointed.
